The Delphi Sanctuary
Athens - Delphi - Kalambaka. Leaving Athens, we head north towards Delphi, which was once one of the world's most sacred sites and an important pilgrimage destination. We admire the UNESCO-listed Sanctuary of Apollo and follow the footsteps of ancient Greeks on the Sacred Way. Admire the remains of the Temple of Apollo, home of the legendary Pythian Oracle. After our visit, we cross the mountains of Central Greece to Kalambaka.

Meteora & Thermopylae
Kalambaka - Meteora - Athens. Today we visit Meteora, where tiny sacred monasteries perch atop incredible towering rock formations. Meteora is considered one of the most beautiful regions in the whole of Greece and the view from the cliffs is breathtaking.
After our visit to Meteora, we begin to make our way back to Athens. We stop at Thermopylae, where King Leonidas and 300 Spartans made a famous last stand against the Persians in 480 BC. A statue now stands here in the Spartan king's honor. After a quick photo opportunity, we continue to Athens, where the evening is at leisure.

Athens City Tour
Today is dedicated to exploring the vibrant city of Athens. Our journey begins with a panoramic tour of key monuments and landmarks such as the Panathinaikos Stadium, the Zappeion, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, Syntagma Square, the Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Schliemann's House, the Academy, the University, the National Library, and the Old Parliament.
Following this, we embark on a guided visit to the Acropolis, exploring the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Parthenon, and the Erechtheion.
Afterwards, we'll transfer to the port of Piraeus to embark on your 7-night Aegean cruise with "Celestyal Cruises."

Discover the city's highlights, visit the Royal tombs of Vergina, or delve into the land of Alexander the Great with a trip to Pella and the Royal tombs of Vergina. As the day concludes, we set sail towards Turkey.

Captivating Kusadasi
Thessaloniki - Kusadasi. We will arrive in Kusadasi, Turkey, just after midday. Seize the opportunity for an optional "Ancient Ephesus through the Ages" excursion or explore at your own pace.
While here, don't miss the chance to explore the local bazaar in Kusadasi and bargain for souvenirs. Return onboard for an overnight sail to Crete, continuing your cruise adventure.
