Dubai Visa Information

Updated: 27th September 2023

Visa Procurement

Please be advised that visa requirements are subject to change and that visa procurement is the responsibility of the traveler and not On The Go Tours. Please also ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your planned date of departure from the UAE and that you have at least two blank pages in your passport.

Visa Requirements

Passport holders from the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States will be granted a 30 day visa free of charge on arrival in Dubai. Many European nationalities will be granted a multiple entry 90-day visa that's valid for 6 months from the date of issue. If you are a passport holder of another nationality, check Project Visa for more information on visa requirements for Dubai.

South African Residents

South African passport holders must apply for a visa prior to arrival in Dubai. Most tour operators are able to organize a visa on your behalf and we offer this service with our Dubai Stopover packages. Travelers will need to provide us with a scanned color copy of their passport page and fill out a simple application form.

If you are flying with Emirates you can submit an application and receive your UAE visa entirely online via the airline's 'Manage a Booking' tool. Visit the Emirates website for more information on how to apply.
